How much does shipping cost?

Currently, we ship to Australia and the United States.

How long will it take to receive my sofa?

Do I need to be home when my sofa is delivered?

Yes. An adult will need to sign to receive the delivery. If you won’t be available, please email us at au@liveouter.com and we will happily arrange a time when you are home.

Your package will either be delivered curbside or to your doorstep. Minor self-assembly (attaching the legs) and package disposal is required.

Care

Can I leave the cushions outside when it rains?

We've gone to great lengths to make our cushions as water resistant as possible, but nothing is foolproof. It's always best to bring them inside when it rains. However, the cushions will survive occasionally getting wet, but be sure to let them thoroughly dry afterwards.

What is the best way to clean the cushions?

For normal care, mix 2 ounces of a mild soap such a Woolite with a gallon of lukewarm water. Use a soft bristle brush to clean the fabric. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. For tougher stains, a mild bleach solution can be used. Read our full care instructions for all the details.

Returns

Can I return my sofa?

Absolutely. You can return your sofa any time within 365 days. Returns made within 14 days are eligible for a full refund. After that, a 20% return fee is applied. Check out our full policy for more details.
